HOW TO BOOK:

 

 

Call Great Lakes call center at 800-554-5111 to book with an agent.

Ask the operator if you are eligible for waiving the phone fee since you are not able to make the UM booking online.

 

 

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

 

Before you book have the following information at hand:

 

1. Full name of the minor(s) travelling

2. DOB and gender of the minor(s)

3. Flight details you want to book

4. Name, phone number and physical address of the person dropping the minor off.

5. Name, phone number and physical address of the person picking the minor up.

6. The credit or debit card and billing address.

 

 

UM FEE:

$50 each way for up to 3 kids payable at booking

4-6 children per family: $100.

7-9 children per family: $150. / 10-12 children per family: $200.

More than 12 children per family: $250.

 

GUARDIANS

Only the guardians specified in your booking will be allowed to drop off / pick up the minor upon showing their ID. You may request to change these persons by calling Delta with your confirmation number at least 24 hours prior to departure.

 

LUGGAGE

One personal item and one gate checked bag free of charge.

3rd bag $50
