HOW TO BOOK:

 

Go to www.jetblue.com and book online (select 0 adults). Don't redirect from Kayak. Once booked, call with guardianship info (800) 538-2583. Print out 3 copies of the UM form and bring them with you to the airport (this can also be done at the check-in counter).

 

 

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

 

Before you call have the following information at hand:

 

1. Full name of the minor(s) travelling

2. DOB and gender of the minor(s)

3. Flight details you want to book 

4. Name, phone numbers and physical address of the person dropping the minor off.

5. Name, phone number and physical address of the person picking the minor up. (Addresses should match the ID the guardian is planning to present).

6. The credit or debit card and billing address. (While booking the website requires you to sign up for the “Protected by Visa” type of cc security program. (6 last digits of SSN is required and you can choose a 4 digits password). This can be avoided if booked through the phone agent).

$100 each way per minor

CHANGE / CANCEL

Changes and cancellations made within 60 days of departure date: $75 per person fee for fares under $100 + difference in fare. $100 per person fee for fares between $100 - $149 + difference in fare. $150 per person fee for fares $150 or more+ difference in fare. More info.
