HOW TO BOOK:

 

 

Call Virgin America call center 24/7 at  (877) 359-8474 to book.

Remind the operator to waive the phone fee since you are not able to make the UM booking online.

 

 

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

 

Before you book have the following information at hand:

 

1. Full name of the minor(s) travelling

2. DOB and gender of the minor(s)

3. Flight details you want to book

4. Name, phone number and physical address of the person dropping the minor off.

5. Name, phone number and physical address of the person picking the minor up.

6. The credit or debit card and billing address.

 

YOUR OPTIONS:

 

UM FEE:

$75 short-haul flight (less then 2 hrs) each way per child

$100 medium-haul each way per child

$125 International each way per child

Pay UM fees at the time of booking or request to pay it later at check-in.

 

GUARDIANS

Only the guardians specified in your booking will be allowed to drop off / pick up the minor upon showing their ID. You may request to change these persons by calling Delta with your confirmation number at least 24 hours prior to departure.

 

GRACE PERIOD

You have 24 hours from the moment of booking to cancel your reservation for the full refund (it takes a few days to get the actual fund back on your account though). After that the ticket becomes nonrefundable and nontransferable. The change fee is maximum $150 plus/minus difference in fare on the date of change.
